Payment Terms: Payment for services rendered is due upon the completion of your move unless otherwise agreed. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, checks, and cash.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Failure to cancel within this period may result in the loss of your deposit or a portion thereof.

Locations that are not accessible for the moving truck or equipment.

Coverage: Patrick AFB Movers is committed to handling your belongings with care. However, in the event of damage to property or items during the moving process, we will assess the situation and provide compensation according to the coverage option selected during the booking.
Insurance Options: We offer various insurance options for additional protection of your items during the move. Basic coverage is included by law, but customers may opt for more comprehensive insurance packages.
Claims Process: Any damage claims must be reported within 7 days of the move. Please provide detailed documentation, including photographs and descriptions of the damage.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Packing Requirements: If you choose to pack your own items, it is your responsibility to ensure they are packed securely and labeled appropriately. Patrick AFB Movers is not responsible for damages to items packed by the customer.
Accessibility: Ensure that your property is accessible for the moving team and that any necessary arrangements (e.g., parking permits, building access) are in place.
Valuables: We advise customers to personally transport valuable or irreplaceable items (e.g., jewelry, important documents). Patrick AFB Movers is not liable for the loss of such items unless explicitly stated otherwise.
